RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We are committed to providing you with exceptional quality and value, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from All About Body Jewelry. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we will gladly issue a refund for the merchandise or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase.

Original Shipping and Handling Fees

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Please ensure that you carefully inspect your items before wearing them, as we cannot accept returns on any worn merchandise due to safety and hygiene concerns.


RETURNING

  • Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number: Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team to obtain an RMA number. We will not accept returns without prior authorization.
  • Postmark your return within 5 days: Once you receive your RMA number, please carefully pack your items in their original packaging and ship them back to us within 5 days.
  • Choose a shipping method: You can use any legitimate parcel carrier to ship your return.
  • Insure your package: AABJ is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. To ensure the safety of your return, please ship your package insured with tracking.
  • Include your invoice and order number: Attach a copy of your invoice and order number to your return package.
  • Keep your shipping receipt: Please retain your shipping receipt until you have received your exchange or refund.

RETURN AND PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Original packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns received in poor packaging will not be honored.
  • Secure packaging: Use sturdy packaging to ensure the safe arrival of your return.
  • Store credit: Any store credit received for the returned items will be deducted from the total credit to be given.

RE-SHIPPING AND REFUNDS

  • Processing time: Re-shipping of exchanges and/or refunds will not be initiated until your return is received and processed.
  • Refund processing: Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the return. However, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to be posted to your account.
  • Exchange processing: Exchanges will also be processed within 48 hours of receiving the return. However, you may be charged the difference in price for the new item(s).
  • Original shipping: If items are returned from orders that received free shipping discount, original shipping will be charged.
  • Shipping labels: We do not provide return labels. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees associated with returns or exchanges.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

For your protection, we recommend that you insure your order in case it is lost or damaged during shipping. If your insured package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier indicated in your shipment confirmation email and file a claim with them.
